Choi Jeong-hwa, Didier Fiuza Faustino, Martino Gamper e Pedro Reyes

Crossing a suspended forest and discover that it is made of 3000 plastic colander, listening to the melody produced by an orchestra made up of arms, sitting in a chair that changed its original form, imagining yourself in the middle of the sea clinging to a giant boa. These are some of the projects of Choi Jeong-hwa, Didier Fiuza Faustino, Martino Gamper and Pedro Reyes, four Transformer who are also artists, designers and social activists.

Through the works of the four creators, reality becomes another reality, that ignites the imagination, thought-provoking and invites to share and experience, to see beyond.

Our world is changing, a combination of analog and digital that is changing the way people live.
New technologies are changing the way we define ourselves as human beings and, therefore, "transformation" is now the key word of our lives. Faced with this epochal change, numerous authors have implemented revolutionary attempts to meet the challenge, either through forms of resistance that innovation.

Along with the audience, the four "transformer" from different parts of the world, give life to a visionary and inspiring exhibition at the MAXXI.

Curated by Hou Hanru and Anne Palopoli.
